Ingredients -
4 eggs
3 ½ oz jello instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
18 oz package chocolate cake mix
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
Beat everything together for 2 minutes at medium speed, then pour into the pan and bake for an hour or until the cake springs back when you push the top center down.
Cool in the pan for 15 minutes then cool further on a wire rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
