Ingredients -
For the Cake:
1 white cake mix
7 oz graham crackers
3 oz melted butter
5 oz marshmallow
1 cup milk
2/3 cup whipped cream
2 peaches, peeled and sliced thinly
4 teaspoons gelatin powder
½ packet peach jello
½ cup slivered almonds
2/3 cup water
8 thin white chocolates to decorate
Preparation:
Crush the cookies with the butter and press into an 8-inch spring form tin.
Refrigerate.
Bring the milk, marshmallow, cream, and half the gelatin to the boil and cook until the gelatin dissolves. Bring the jello, water, and the rest of the gelatin to the boil and simmer until the gelatin dissolves.
Pour the marshmallow filling into the prepared baking tin with the cookie base and freeze it slightly to harden it.
Arrange the sliced peaches over the marshmallow filling and freeze it again for about an hour or until it is quite hard.
Remove from the freezer and pour the jello over the top.
When the jello has set, remove the sides of the spring form tin and press the slivered almonds all around the outside of the peach jello cake.
Cut it into eight slices to serve and decorate each slice with a wafer thin white chocolate.
