It might sound strange to serve jello mold recipes with savory ingredients like meat, but if you think about it, it makes perfect sense. Mint jelly is wonderful with lamb, so why should an orange and apricot jello be so unusual with ham or turkey? Fruit and meat are served together in lots of recipes and the texture of the jello is a wonderful contrast with the jello texture. Also, the fruity flavors bring out the natural sweetness of the meat and contrast with its saltiness. Try this tasty jello mold with apricot and orange - you will not be disappointed.
