Fruit and Yogurt Gelatin Dessert

If you are looking for diabetic jello recipes, you can make this delicious gelatin dessert, which combines sugar free jello with yogurt and fruit. Make sure you use sugar free yogurt and you have a healthy, tasty dessert or breakfast, whether you are diabetic, cooking for a diabetic, or simply trying to lower your sugar intake. Diet jello recipes can, and do, taste great.

You might be craving a strawberry whip cream jello dessert but this dessert is just as good. The yogurt gives a luxurious creaminess and the berries are sweet and tart at the same time. Sugar free jello might not contain sugar but it is sweet, and this sweetness contrasts beautifully with the berries and yogurt.

Yogurt and jello are great together, whether you are making a fluffy jello dessert, broken glass gelatin desserts or something else. This gelatin dessert can be made with any flavor of jello you like. It is best to use fresh berries for the garnish. If you cannot get fresh berries, use thawed berries but make sure you have drained all the water off them first, else they will make the yogurt too watery.
